Mr. Xie assisted foreign invested enterprises, real estate companies, commercial banks and domestic enterprises in day-to-day legal matters, such as drafting and reviewing contracts, due diligence investigation and dispute settlement. To real estate companies, he provided legal service in land granting, construction, selling of property, lease and property management. To financial enterprises, he represented clients in project financing, initial public offering, securities exchange, private offering and commercial loan.
